2010 is the year we have chosen to incorporate some of the most advanced recent technology into our practice to upgrade our already outstanding periodontal care.  Toward the end of 2009 we undertook a major over hall of our practice software to make our periodontal care even more efficient.  Now, early in 2010 we have added digital radiographs to our practice.  The new digital technology increases our ability to identify periodontal and decay problems earlier due to the amazing increase in sensitivity and clarity of the image.  These radiographs appear instantly on our computer which decreases the time it takes to take the x-rays and best of all, the radiation exposure of the new system is about 25% of the old system.  This means we get better radiographs, faster and with less radiation exposure to you.  The digital technology also allows us to forward the radiographs to anyone involved in your treatment instantly through the internet.  This is just one of the updates we have planned for 2010, all planned to provide better care, more efficiently and with greater accuracy and safety.
