Evaluation of Current Health of Gums & Bone or A Specific Periodontal Concern.

Diagnostic records are taken on a specific area or for a specific problem in a problem focused limited periodontal evaluation or on the entire dentition in a comprehensive periodontal evaluation. These records often include a medical and dental history, list of medications, oral cancer screening, dental radiographs and periodontal charting.
